    Basic Ayurveda Jamun Vinegar (Sirka) is prepared from the fruits of Jamun. This Vinegar is good for the digestive system. It has cooled, digestive, carminative, stomachic and diuretic properties. It offers several health benefits. Jamun vinegar slows the rise of blood sugar levels after you have eaten a meal and when taken at bedtime, Jamun Vinegar lowers morning blood sugar levels.

    Basic Ayurveda Jamun Vinegar has great medicinal importance. It is used as a home remedy in many cases and Ayurveda recommends it in the management of abdominal diseases. It is beneficial in flatulence, gas, abdominal distension, bloating, diarrhoea etc. It is also recommended for diabetic patients to manage hyperglycemia.

     

Dosage: 15-15 ml twice a day with half glass of water or add black salt or with green salad or as directed by physician.
