ISO 22000:2005

ISO 22000:2005 (International organization for standardization) sets out the requirements for food safety management system. It is an organization in the food chain need to demonstrate its ability to control food safety hazards in order to ensure the food is safe at the time of human consumption. ISO 2000 means consensus agreement between all the economic stakeholders concerned: suppliers; users; government regulators; others interested group, such as consumers. It provides assurance about;
